    Overview of the Senior Accountant role:

    • Responsible for the timely, full cycle month-end close for client offices, preparation and analysis of the monthly financial statements including the P&L, Income and Balance Sheet accounts.
    • Consult and ensure timely, accurate financial information is provided to enable best business decisions and practices.
    • Prepare, review and analyze monthly revenue and expenditures.
    • Complete the monthly accounts payable and account reconciliations, revenue, payroll and deferred revenue accruals.
    • Track and maintain commission payouts and project costs to ensure accurate billings and invoices.
    • Calculations of the monthly franchise and management fees for the local offices.

    Preferred Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:

    • Bachelors degree in Accounting and 3+ years of applicable experience
    • Strong knowledge with MS Office, advanced Excel
    • Experience working with multi-locations or work in public accounting/client services is a plus
    • Salary up to $85k depending upon experience + Great benefits and bonus
