- Safety Leadership: Create and maintain a safe work environment, driving Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) improvements.

- Team Development: Coach, mentor, and develop the operations team in leadership and technical skills.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Foster collaboration with Customer Services, Technical Managers, Sales, Engineering, SI&OP, and other team members to resolve issues.
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Lean Manufacturing: Strong background in implementing lean or six sigma manufacturing principles.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team Management: Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team.
- Continuous Improvement: Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Safety Program: Demonstrable understanding of safety program concepts and principles.
