- Job Description
- This role is responsible for developing and maintaining synchronization of the execution of the different service lines through a centralized portfolio management, and support decision making process in the medium term planning horizon, specifically in the processes involving externally purchased materials. It also involves the establishment and maintenance of relationship with key stakeholders such as sourcing and procurement teams, and engineering teams.
- The Materials Planning Manager will be responsible for the success of a team of materials planners in charge of the following processes:
- Manage Procurement Planning
- Manage Inventory Levels
- Manage Material Master Data
- You are meant for this job if:
- 5 years or more of experience in Planning related roles
- Desirable APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
- Customer service focused with commitment and sense of urgency to ensure customer success
- Skills
- Written and verbal communication
- Stakeholders' relationship management (Sourcing, Procurement, Engineering)
- Supply Chain / Components / Logistics Knowledge
- Material Specifications
- Materials Requirements Planning (MRP)
- Inventory Management
- SAP MM / IM / WM

- Lean Thinking / Lean Manufacturing Fundamentals
