Description

Spherion Staffing in Lakeland has partnered with a local manufacturing and distribution facility who is looking to add a customer service advocate to their growing team.

Highlights:

1st Shift Monday - Friday
Competitive pay

Responsibilities:

Maintain a "People-First" attitude.
Responsible to maintain client communication and ensure client satisfaction.
Build relationships with customers supporting.
Work with customers to resolve issues and problem solve at all times.
High levels of calls handled daily with additional communication via email or chat.
Work with carriers to complete dock searches for missing product.
Check inventory availability.
Troubleshoot product issues and order parts as needed for customers.`

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Education:
High School

Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED
5+ years of customer service phone experience
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office to include Outlook, Word, and Excel
Cabinetry experience is a plus
