- Manage all aspects of the preparation of the financial and managerial reports.
- Reconcile Balance Sheets Monthly
- Assist Director of Finance in the preparation of the yearly budget and monthly forecasts.
- Demonstrate expertise in all facets of the Accounting discipline including but not limited to (AP, AR, Income Audit, Payroll, Taxes, COGS, General Ledger Maintenance, and Audit Compliance).
- Provide vision and supervision to Accounting team.
- Prepare and manage Standard Operating Procedures of theWit's accounting practices.
- Make recommendations of more efficient and effective accounting practices to Director of Finance.
- Ensure integrity of all hotel/F&B finances and books.
- Prepare and analyze weekly cost of goods sold report.
- Recommend and manage internal control policies that protect company assets and are efficient for operations.
- Provide communication across all levels of management.
- Celebrate our culture of individualism, engagement, having fun and evolving theWit experience for every guest every time.
- Recognize the importance of literature, humor, music, science, theatre and culinary arts in making theWit more experience than hotel.
- Represent the hotel in a positive manner at all times.
- Support theWit training programs and encourage on-going development for employees.
- Exemplify the hotel's Standard Code of Conduct and all other regulations established by management and Employee Handbook.
- Lead theWit experience as instructed by the hotel leaders.
- Superior communication skills across multiple levels
- Act with respect, determination, professionalism and self confidence
- Be flexible since you are running a 24/7 hotel operation.
