Purpose of the Position
: The Bartender will prepare and serve a variety of beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction and compliance with regulations.Key Responsibilities of the Bartender:
Qualifications for this Role:
Physical Demands: Lifting up to 20 lbs. and handling objects weighing up to 10 lbs. Standing, reaching, and manual dexterity required.
Environmental Conditions: Indoors with some exposure to weather changes but mainly consistent temperatures.
Math and Language Skills: Proficient in basic math operations and language usage.
Relationships to Data, People, and Things:
Data: Perform arithmetic and analysis tasks based on data.
People: Attend to customers' needs promptly and effectively.
Things: Handle objects and materials accurately with attention to detail.
Vocational Preparation: Training and experience in bartending, including compliance with TIPS regulations, typically 1-3 months.
