    YOUR MISSION: Help our team achieve optimal performance levels to meet the increasing demands of our client base.

    The Operations Director plays a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality investigative reports to clients on a daily basis. Working closely with the VP of Operations, you will oversee a team of up to 40 staff members. Known as the 'operations whisperer,' you excel in optimizing efficiencies, understanding Six Sigma processes, and implementing strategies for scalable operations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Leadership and Strategy:
      • Plan, direct, and supervise staff and activities related to project management and client interactions.
      • Participate in goal setting and procedure establishment to ensure consistent service quality.
      • Drive business growth through AI integration and effective leadership.
    • Operations Management:
      • Set performance standards, provide training and guidance, and oversee operations expansion.
      • Ensure optimal staffing levels through recruitment and management.
      • Monitor daily client interactions and conduct coaching sessions.
    • Process Improvement and Quality Control:
      • Develop efficient processes and analyze service quality reports.
      • Work collaboratively to enhance team performance and maintain security standards.
      • Manage vendor capabilities and pricing to uphold quality standards.
    • Initiative and Problem-Solving:
      • Take proactive steps to address challenges and improve processes.
      • Implement AI integration for training enhancement.
      • Effectively execute plans to achieve results.
    Qualifications:
    • MBA or 7+ years of experience in operations management.
    • Proven experience with AI technologies.
    • Security and compliance expertise required.
    • Ability to pass security clearance and background checks.
    • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
    • Analytical mindset and proactive approach to challenges.
    • Availability for flexible work hours.
    Client Focus and Communication Skills:
    • Maintain confidentiality and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Effective communication with stakeholders.
    Technology Skills:
    • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
    • Familiarity with various technical tools.
    Soft Skills:
    • Leadership, initiative, customer focus, strategic thinking, and adaptability.
