A postdoctoral research associate position with competitive salary and benefits is available in Dr. Limei Zhang's group for highly motivated candidates who are interested in redox biology, infectious disease and/or structural biology.The Zhang Group applies a suite of interdisciplinary tools to investigate the structure-mechanism relationships of metalloproteins in redox reaction, stress response and antibiotic resistance, with the support of two major federal grants.

We seek a postdoc to investigate the roles and underlying mechanisms of bioactive molecules in metallocluster homeostasis and stress response.
The duties of the postdoctoral fellow include independently designing and conducting high-quality research experiments for the assigned project under the supervisor's guidance; analyzing data and drafting manuscripts for publication; taking roles in the lab maintenance with other group members; and assisting the supervisor to mentor undergraduate and graduate students.
