Senior individual contributor role accountable for managing all aspects of claims handling for a full caseload of bond claims.Position Compensation Range:

Primary Accountabilities
*Accountable for managing all aspects of claims handling in accordance to company guidelines.
*Manages full caseload of bond claims.
*Investigates, analyzes, and resolves coverage issues and settlements.
*Monitors litigation and outside vendors.
*Assists in providing guidance to bond underwriting.
*Provides training and mentoring to other claim staff.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
*Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
*Extensive knowledge of bonds, contracts and liability.
*Demonstrated experience in bond claims.
Licenses
*Juris Doctor (JD) strongly preferred
Travel Requirements
*Up to 10%.
Physical Requirements
*Work that primarily involves sitting/standing.
