Description

Senior individual contributor role accountable for managing all aspects of claims handling for a full caseload of bond claims.

Position Compensation Range:

$123, $209,000.00

Pay Rate Type:

Salary

Primary Accountabilities

•Accountable for managing all aspects of claims handling in accordance to company guidelines.

•Manages full caseload of bond claims.

•Investigates, analyzes, and resolves coverage issues and settlements.

•Monitors litigation and outside vendors.

•Assists in providing guidance to bond underwriting.

•Provides training and mentoring to other claim staff.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements

•Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.

•Extensive knowledge of bonds, contracts and liability.

•Demonstrated experience in bond claims.

Licenses

•Juris Doctor (JD) strongly preferred

Travel Requirements

•Up to 10%.

Physical Requirements

•Work that primarily involves sitting/standing.
