    Recruitment Coordinator- Philadelphia, PA - Easterseals

    Easterseals of Southeastern Pennsylvania's corporate office in Philadelphia, PA seeks a Recruitment Coordinator for a newly created position within the Human Resources department.

    Easterseals seeks a collaborative individual who desires to work in this mission-driven atmosphere supporting the staffing needs of the organization.

    This professional will possess accuracy, ability to focus, attention to detail, timeliness and follow-up skills; all which are critical to success in this position.


    Basic Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities include:

    • Assistance with job fair registrations, ensure adequate job fair supplies, attend job fairs with Recruiter as needed (or represent HR if multiple fairs on same date).
    • Placing advertisements following current process of Easterseals. Renew, refresh and remove advertisements as needed. Liaison with Easterseals Director of Communications for Careers page of Easterseals website and other Easterseals social media posts as applicable.
    • Sourcing candidates and contacting them inviting them to apply for positions hiring at Easterseals. Mining passive candidates who demonstrate substantially similar experience and skills, and similar educational and mission-driven employment experience.
    • Assistance with documentation of candidate interviewing notes and other required documentation as needed. Move candidates through hiring stages of online documentation if needed.
    • Additional systems work to include assistance with implementation of newer ATS system ensuring the accurate export of candidate data and related duties and overall set up of system.
    • Providing first contact to active candidates who applied in ways that would be helpful to primary recruiter. Coordinator will be asked to provide initial screen where appropriate.
    • Follow up with hiring managers prompting them for next steps in interviewing and hiring process.
    • Support hiring managers who are having difficulty navigating and understanding new ATS system and provide on one on extra support if needed.
    • Support candidates who are applying who have any technical difficulty.
    • Support existing process of ensuring candidate offered position has fully completed application process, work with them to resolve discrepancies and missing documentation including required fields, provide back up to Human Resources staff to obtain hired candidate personal information and clearance documentation when needed.

    Qualifications:


    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration highly preferred; Associate's degree and more than 2 years substantially related experience will be considered.

    Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency required, Teams and SharePoint a plus; ability to learn HR systems quickly needed.

    Strong written and oral communications skills, attention to detail, and follow-up skills all required.
