I am a dedicated and passionate professional who prides himself on continuous learning and growth. I am now pursuing a career in IT, with a focus on cybersecurity. I have recently earned my Comptia Security+ certification and I am now working towards getting an A+ certification.

• Crafted and presented lessons that promoted computer literacy among the students.
• Taught students the fundamentals of basic computer skills such as: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Video conferencing (Zoom), Basic troubleshooting skills, fast and accurate typing, Google drive, and Web searching skills.
• Took on the full responsibilities of a teacher by also attending team meetings and professional development, building relationships with colleagues, and measuring student learning by recording data.

• Use Company policy/procedure to identify the level of severity for reported incidents then classifies incident accurately 
• Monitoring the management of closed assigned incidents including lessons learned and reporting significant details
• Installed, and configured WSUS to identify vulnerabilities and patch findings
