Currently, we are seeking:
Sales Associate (m/f/d) Oncology

in Berlin, fixed-term for 2 years


Execution / coordination / supervision / administration of administrative topics and processes of the Pfizer Germany Oncology Sales and Health Solution Partner teams.

Team support and implementation of customer value projects. Contract and invoice management for third-party providers and stakeholders in the healthcare sector. Budget tracking in compliance with FCPA requirements, Ariba order management, compliance, and internal requirements and processes.


What to expect:

  • Creation and sending of contracts with stakeholders in the healthcare sector and thirdparty providers.
  • Complete handling of order, invoice, cost, and supplier management in Ariba.
  • Proactive tracking of workflows in Ariba.
  • Independent and proactive completion of administrative tasks.
  • Organization of workshops, meetings, and conferences.
  • Support in the onboarding process of new employees.

What you bring:

  • Degree in business administration or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience in order, invoice, cost, and supplier management (Ariba).
  • Experience in office administration and administrative coordination.
  • Additional experience in project and event management.
  • Very high organizational talent and excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willingness to make decisions and proactively contribute to further development.
