    Job Title: Senior Producer

    Job Description

    As a Senior Producer, you will oversee large integrated projects, ensuring their creative success. You will elevate the creative vision, manage budgets effectively, and address client challenges with innovative solutions. Your role is to lead the creative process and report to the Executive Producer.

    Main Accountabilities

    • Manage various social projects, including video production, live events, animations, and digital content
    • Enhance creativity and find versatile solutions to maintain strong ideas
    • Mentor junior team members and contribute to departmental growth
    • Build and maintain relationships with partners and resources for project creation
    • Coordinate production budgets and workflow, ensuring timely delivery
    • Lead internal and vendor communications, keeping all stakeholders informed
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on creative projects
    • Ensure compliance with industry guidelines and regulations
    • Document project summaries and share insights across departments

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 6 years of agency experience as a Producer
    • Specialization in either Broadcast, Digital, or Experiential production
    • Understanding of social media practices, trends, and platforms

    Additional Information

    The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000 - $130,000, based on experience and skills. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
