At the Department for Children, Youth and Family, located in the federal city of Bonn, there is a job opening for an ADV administrator in the department of "Personnel, Organization, TUI" to be filled as soon as possible.

This position is classified as pay group 9 b according to the TVöD collective agreement.

The responsibilities of this position include:

Managing and temporarily taking over the administration of various specialized procedures within the department, including SGB VIII ProSoz 14+ (WIHI, FFE, BPV), KiDO (parent contribution program), NetGO's KitaNet, as well as several SharePoint, Excel, and Access applications.
Assisting with the selection and implementation of new software solutions, as well as creating and implementing application solutions.
Providing first and second level support for approximately 1,600 employees within the department (primarily via phone and remote access). This requires the ability to understand complex IT processes and explain them in a clear and understandable manner for the users. The specialized procedures used have
