RESPONSIBILITIES:
Management of a portfolio of residential and commercial properties
Responsibility for lease management, including rentals, tenant support, and apartment handovers and takeovers
Preparation of rental and utility cost statements
Independent maintenance of lease agreements and monitoring of tenant payments
Coordination, execution, and monitoring of maintenance and repair measures

REQUIREMENTS:

Successfully completed commercial training in the real estate sector or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience as a Real Estate Management Specialist (m/f/d)
Proficient in MS Office
Structured, reliable, and independent work style with a high level of commitment
Fluent in German, both written and spoken
