    Data Entry

    Pensacola, FL (Working in office Monday-Friday)

    Job Type:
    Contract - Must be able to work as a W2 employee of Newbold.

    General Job Description:
    Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry resource who can assist the manager by playing a crucial role in improving the quality of our call data by overseeing the categorization of call data from the call center

    Oversee and review the categorization of call data from our call center by reviewing text transcripts, listening to audio recordings, and directing the categorization process using drop-down menus.

    Ensure accuracy and consistency in the categorization of call data by providing guidance and support to the data entry team
    Utilize technology and software tools to streamline the data entry process and improve efficiency

    Attend occasional meetings and training sessions to stay updated, receive guidance, and follow instructions, ensuring alignment and consistency with other Category Entry Supports.

    Generating, modifying, and assessing documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
