    TEKsystems is searching for individuals that are eager to start a career in the Mortgage industry

    We are currently hiring for entry level Mortgage positions to start on June 4th with a Fortune 100 Company in Pensacola, FL.

    This is NOT a remote position. All candidates must be located in Pensacola, FL to work onsite 2-3 per week required.

    Position: 3DD (3 Day Doc)

    Job Description:

    Create initial disclosures for applications that have met requirements. Reviewing the purchase contract is the biggest piece of this puzzle so ability to comprehend contract details is a must. While this piece is taught a strong attention to detail or experience in industries which provided opportunity to review documents is beneficial. Another foundational area providing time to learn the mortgage process and gain experience to move around Home Lending as business allows.

    Pay: $15.00/hour

    Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week. Monday-Friday, MUST be available to work any shift between 8:30am-7pm

    ***will be placed on a set schedule based on business needs - either 8:30am-5pm OR 10:30am-7pm (MUST be able to work BOTH shift times)

    Training Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma/GED required
    • 1-2 year of legal or office administrative experience
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Computer Literate, and strong Data Entry skills
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
    • Detail Oriented, Multitasking, Written/Verbal Communication, Team Player

    ***A daily expectation is required for completion so candidates must be able to organize their own time and remain on track with time management. We would also be looking for individuals who can manage their at home office space (when working in the hybrid schedule from home) so that they are distraction free during work hours. Communication is an expected part for these positions to be able to give and accept feedback, report concerns as they find them and other information that impacts their day to day.
