TEKsystems is currently seeking candidates for multiple SCRA Specialist positions in the loan servicing department of a fortune 100 credit union
This will be a hybrid role, and will require at least 2 days per week on site.
Description:
To review and process request for interest rate reduction based on the service member civil right act.
Responsible to serve members by answering SCRA and mortgage related inquires and questions pertaining to the credit unions mortgage products, loans and credit cards.
Qualifications:
Training Schedule: 8AM-4:30PM
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, hours are 10:00AM-6:30PM
