- Manage existing client accounts to secure renewals and drive account growth
- Create renewal strategies with Customer Success to enhance account usage and introduce new products
- Conduct product demos
- Research client accounts, identify key contacts, and gather business requirements
- Maintain accurate forecasts and provide sales management with activity reports
- Stay informed about competitors to effectively communicate value proposition
- Keep leads, opportunities, and account details up-to-date
- Achieve or exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and implement service agreements
- Travel quarterly for client visits
- Preferably hold a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of successful software sales experience, ideally in a B2B environment
- Familiarity with consultative, solution-based sales approaches
- Track record of success in inside or outside sales
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales setting
- Capability to build strong relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools
- Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage pipeline and forecasts

Job Description
We're searching for a Install Base Account Executive, Commercial, General Contractors to join Procore's Sales team. As an important member of the team, you will leverage your knowledge of Procore's products, sales techniques, and prospecting strategies to drive renewals. Collaboration with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams will be key to expanding our customer base. This role, reporting to the Senior Manager, Install Base, is situated in Carpinteria but offers the flexibility to work remotely. Immediate availability is preferred.

The base pay for this role ranges from $29 to $40 hourly, with commission, leading to estimated earnings of $100,000 to $137,500 annually. Equity Compensation is also available. Procore ensures competitive and fair compensation, with actual pay based on skills, experience, education, and location.
