Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for implementing development projects for the SCHWARTE GROUP
  • Technical coordination, management, and execution of projects
  • Ensuring project objectives (deadlines, costs, and quality)
  • Creating project plans and capacity planning
  • Close coordination between sales, design, and production
  • Ensuring type approvals, vehicle documentation, and CE certificates
  • Independent development of development processes
  • Development and design of our various products for different European countries, according to various regulations
  • Creating CAD drawings in Autodesk Inventor (3D) and AutoCAD (2D)
  • Working with Autodesk Vault
  • Part management, creating bills of materials and production orders in the proAlpha ERP system

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed degree in mechanical engineering (design and manufacturing), technician degree (mechanical engineering), or equivalent
  • Extensive experience in designing vehicles and assemblies in container construction, vehicle construction, special vehicle construction, or agricultural machinery
  • Relevant professional experience in similar positions in production companies
  • Technical and business expertise with a focus
