We are currently seeking a Specialist in Research and Development to join our team at our Saerbeck location.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for driving new developments for the future. This includes overseeing sample production and bringing them to series production readiness. You will also conduct research projects, both independently and in collaboration with partners. Additionally, you will create project plans and lead cross-location developments in coordination with the application technology and sales departments. You will also maintain relationships with universities and institutes.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in fiber composite technology, plastics technology, materials technology, or a related field. You should also have several years of experience in these areas and a strong understanding of measuring methods in the laboratory. Willingness to travel and excellent communication skills are also required. Fluency in English is a plus.
