Description

As Head of Product (m/f/d), you will be responsible for platform-wide product management at our headquarters in Immenstadt in the Allgäu region. This includes the product development of our entire product line on the web, mobile/app - in both the B2C and B2B markets.

  • You will be primarily responsible for operationalizing product strategies in the B2C and B2B business environment.
  • To do this, you will develop and manage a product roadmap, which is created in collaboration with relevant management stakeholders and regularly reviewed. Based on this roadmap, you will initiate and manage projects to further develop our B2C and B2B products with the goal of increasing product sales, usage, and customer satisfaction.
  • You will monitor and analyze all product KPIs and also keep an eye on relevant trends, market and competition developments in order to consider them for product innovations and further developments.
  • You will lead a team of product managers, project managers, UX designers, and data analysts, working closely with project teams and the CTO.
  • You will ensure that product information is shared within the company with all relevant stakeholders (e.g. marketing, sales, community team) and conduct internal trainings on product features and updates.
