- Lead and coordinate technical development efforts across multiple projects ensuring alignment with performance, quality, cost, and schedule goals.
- Organize and manage development resources, including Electrical Engineers, Industrial Designers, and technicians.
- Collaborate with other departments and external vendors to streamline project timelines.
- Provide technical expertise and counsel to non-technical audiences, including customers and internal departments.
- Coordinate and lead executive-level updates and sign-off meetings as part of the Product Development process.
- Anticipate, analyze, resolve, or escalate issues to prevent significant project schedule impacts.
- Ensure no detail falls through the cracks by filling gaps and driving tasks to completion.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering field.
- 5+ years of experience in product development, with a focus on LED lighting or related industries.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing development projects.
- Strong background in electronics, including power supplies, components, analog, and digital circuits.
- Proficient in writing technical reports and conducting technical or failure analyses.
