    Responsibilities

    This role will report to the Accounting Director and gain accounting exposure for corporate accounting and real estate investments
    Responsibilities include maintaining and supporting the general ledger, recording revenue, accruing expenses
    Review monthly accounts prepared by managers, manage bank loans, monthly repayments, and cash flow management
    Partner with business operators to support the effective management of the assets
    Prepare and review standard and complex journal entries, consolidation statements, and balance sheet reconciliations
    Monitor prepaid expenses and reconcile general ledger accounts
    Evaluate accounting models and calculation methodologies
    Prepare the investor reporting on a quarterly basis
    Qualifications

This role will report to the Accounting Director and gain accounting exposure for corporate accounting and real estate investments.     • Background in Private Equity, Real Estate, or Construction is a plus
    • Success in this role will require an acute understanding of business and financial issues
    • Curiosity and a commitment to understand complex financial transactions is essential.
