- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Implements company-wide Human Resources initiatives.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal as needed/required.
- Manage company's HRIS system to ensure HR transactions are processed correctly and in a timely manner. Ensure payroll is processed in a timely manner.
- Benefits administering for the entire company, vendor management, oversee all benefits offered by the company as well as manage open enrollment.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Develops contract terms / offer letters for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructuring, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Participates in Safety meetings and ensures OSHA compliance.
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
- Analyzes trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field highly preferred.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as an HR Generalist in a manufacturing or industrial setting, ISO certification experience highly preferred.
- Experience using Paylocity is highly preferred.
- Leads with an open-door policy.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Position Overview:
We are looking for an HR Generalist who will play a key role in managing various HR functions within our manufacturing facility.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with a focus on employee relations, Payroll, HR Compliance, and Benefits Administration.
The Senior HR Generalist will work closely with employees and management to foster a positive and engaging workplace culture and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
The successful candidate will create positive relationships with employees and maintain an open-door policy to address employee concerns and questions.
