Taking on the responsibility of owner and operator for the maintenance and management of city buildings (object construction management), including regular inspections and visits of buildings and technical facilities
Reporting of necessary technical and construction measures essential for the preservation and functioning of the buildings
Planning and execution of maintenance measures according to DIN standards
Development of construction measures in terms of technical, financial, and scheduling aspects, including construction descriptions
Collaboration in the commissioning, as well as inspection and supervision of the work results of external service providers and engineering offices
Conducting tenders, awarding contracts, invoicing, and documenting construction measures as a representative and planner for the owner.
Your profile:
Completed university degree (Bachelor or Diploma) in the fields of building services engineering or equivalent qualification. This also includes state-certified technicians and masters with extensive professional experience, as well as individuals with the qualification for the career group 2, 1st entry level of the construction technical service
Proficient in handling specific laws, regulations, and standards, especially procurement regulations (VOB and UVgO), accident prevention regulations, DIN standards, VDI guidelines, and special building regulations
