As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the local IT team and reporting to the IT Manager.

Your main tasks will include administering, maintaining, and expanding a complex and diverse IT network infrastructure.

You will also support the operational team and act as the primary contact for all IT-related projects, working closely with management to plan, document, and implement changes.

Our IT environment includes both local components and services in the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud, providing you with the opportunity to work on international projects and utilize cutting-edge technologies such as Amazon Robotics.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administering and expanding the network infrastructure (cabling, switches, routers, firewalls, WiFi, DECT)
  • Managing the local data center
  • Administering and expanding the client and server landscape
  • Monitoring the IT infrastructure
  • Managing user accounts, computers, and access rights in Microsoft Active Directory
  • Leading IT infrastructure installations at new Amazon locations
  • Coordinating with external service providers for projects
  • Providing secondlevel support for client
