Network Administrator / System Administrator (m/f/d)

IC Cash is one of the leading independent operators of cash systems in the German-speaking market. As a payment institution, we offer our customers individual and secure solutions for ATMs and deposit/recycling systems. These solutions include payment services as well as cash control based on digitized analysis and reporting tools. The market for independent operators of ATMs and deposit systems is constantly growing. We fill the gap left by banks and savings banks and ensure cash supply and disposal at high-frequency locations and in rural areas.
To do this, we need suitable locations where we can install cash systems such as ATMs. In addition, we advise customers from the retail, gas station, and system gastronomy sectors on the efficient management of their cash holdings in their branch network.

We are looking for you to help shape our IT system landscape full-time (40 hours/week) from our location in Munich with a future-oriented approach.

Your tasks include:

  • You provide hands-on support to your colleagues in user support, either in person, over the phone, or through a ticket system, for all questions related to software and hardware.
  • You are responsible for device management (Windows, Apple), support and administer the technical equipment of workstations.
