We are currently seeking a HOUSE TECHNICIAN (M/F/D) (ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING SPECIALIZATION) IN FACILITY MANAGEMENT for our headquarters in Neuenstadt-Kochertürn.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operation, monitoring, and maintenance of electrical and building systems
  • Operation and monitoring of fire protection systems such as fire alarm and sprinkler systems
  • Identification and resolution of malfunctions in all building systems
  • Execution of minor modifications, adjustments, and expansions of electrical systems
  • Coordination of maintenance companies and monitoring of their services
  • Documentation of maintenance and repairs.
