Your Responsibilities

  • Receiving and documenting user inquiries and incidents from the PC and application environment of the Viega Group (on-site, via telephone, email, and ITSM helpdesk system)
  • Independently resolving user inquiries and incidents and preparing requests for transfer to 2nd level support
  • Monitoring user inquiries and incidents in your own area
  • Installing applications and Windows systems, as well as providing on-site user support (e.g. setup, initial training, repairs, and moves)
  • Maintaining network devices (printers, copiers, all-in-one solutions)
  • Collaborating on process optimization in the support structures and ensuring the availability of client systems as needed
  • Documenting configuration changes and updates

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed IT vocational training
  • Several years of professional experience in the IT department of a manufacturing company
  • Experience in network technology (TCP/IP, routers, LAN, WLAN, WAN, etc.)
  • Proficient in Microsoft365 and current Windows operating systems
  • Analytical and problem-solving
