- Review and analyze market information from all available sources
- Investigate and develop countermeasures to resolve manufacturing issues
- Create and present technical reports, status updates and problem summaries for assigned items.
- Perform audits of product to feedback current conditions to responsible departments
- Support and complete MQ related projects and business themes
- Work with Sales/Service divisions to develop field repair techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, industrial, etc) or 6 years' engineering experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree
- 0-6 years engineering experience dependent upon education level
- Results oriented with problem management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, PowerBI)
- Ability to extract and interpret drawing/specification information
- Communication skills for presenting
- Basic mechanical skill to remove/install automotive components
- Flexibility in work hours and average of 1 Hr/day of OT, weekend work and production support as needed
- Ability to travel as needed, domestic and international.
- Daily job function variability and environment (Open Office, Production Line & Outdoor)

Job PurposeLead resolution of factory related outflow issues as a subject matter expert by promoting the customer voice to improve the quality of the products. Investigate problems to determine root cause and countermeasure/containment activity with responsible departments for overall CBU improvement.
