    Now Hiring: Supplier Quality Engineer

    As a Supplier Quality Engineer at ZeroAvia, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our supply chain. We are looking for an experienced individual with a background in Aerospace, Aircraft Maintenance, or Aircraft Manufacturing to join our team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure compliance with industry quality standards and ZeroAvia's Quality Management System.
    • Conduct supplier evaluations and audits to drive continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate with Procurement department to maintain supplier metrics and resolve issues.
    • Lead root cause analysis processes for product failures and nonconformances.
    • Communicate quality requirements to suppliers and support incoming inspection processes.
    Qualifications:
    • 4-year degree in Business, Quality, or Engineering (preferred).
    • 3-5 years of experience in Quality Engineering or related field.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
    • Certifications in Supplier Auditing, Six Sigma, or Quality Engineering are a plus.
