Manager of Talent Acquisition | TEANECK/New Jersey/US | On-site | $110,000 - $130,000
We're working with the most progressive and innovative provider of environmental solutions and waste management in the Northeast on this exciting opportunity.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you will scale a high-performing team while modernizing recruitment strategies for a regional industry leader. From building state-of-the-art internship programs to optimizing an advanced tech stack, you will drive the human capital engine of a company that balances corporate excellence with a family-style culture.
The Role
• Lead, coach, and scale a technical team of recruiters and coordinators to drive high-volume and corporate hiring efficiency.
• Design and implement a robust early-talent pipeline by launching formal internship programs and university relations.
• Build strategic community partnerships with military organizations and technical schools to diversify talent sourcing.
• Optimize recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to provide data-driven insights and market intelligence to senior leadership.
• Partner with Marketing to execute a compelling employer brand strategy that improves candidate conversion and experience.
What You'll Need
• 7+ years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience with a deep focus on sourcing and assessment strategies.
• 3+ years of direct leadership experience managing and developing a team of recruiters.
• Proven track record of building internship programs and managing complex external vendor relationships.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to lead large-scale recruitment initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in ATS technologies, CRM tools, and recruitment analytics to drive performance metrics.
