Job summary
The newly created role of Operations Manager reports directly to the founders and plays a key leadership role in establishing processes, relationships and systems to enable scale as Trust Records continues to acquire music catalogs and related IP.Responsibilities
- Contribute to strategic planning and growth initiatives for Trust Records as a catalog driven label and as an acquisition vehicle.
- Work smart, functioning as the glue between various outsourced partners, setting clear expectations, and running an effective operation.
