    Our confidential staffing client based in Dallas is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Engagement Specialist to join their team. This position requires a candidate with a proven history of success, including contest wins, and a track record of breaking and expanding accounts. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, fearless in approach, and excels in cold calling to establish and strengthen client relationships.
    Responsibilities:
    • Account Development and Expansion:
      • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
      • Develop strategies to go deep and wide into accounts, ensuring comprehensive service offerings are utilized.
    • Cold Calling and Prospecting:
      • Conduct targeted cold calling to potential clients, introducing our staffing solutions.
      • Effectively communicate the value proposition and tailor offerings to meet client needs.
    • Contest Wins and Achievement:
      • Leverage a history of contest wins and achievements to drive motivation and success.
      • Demonstrate a competitive spirit to surpass targets and goals.
    • Solution-Oriented Approach:
      • Analyze client needs and propose innovative staffing solutions.
      • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized approaches for clients.
    • Relationship Building:
      • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients through effective communication and service excellence.
      • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and strategic discussions.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree:
      • Minimum requirement of a bachelor's degree in a related field.
    • Proven Success:
      • Demonstrated success in breaking and expanding accounts, with a history of contest wins.
    • Fearless Approach:
      • Fearless attitude towards challenges and the ability to navigate and overcome objections.
    • Hybrid Schedule:
      • Comfortable with and adaptable to a hybrid work schedule, combining office and remote work.
    • Communication Skills:
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions.
    • Strategic Thinking:
