    As part of our CARES-giver team, you will help expand our impact in the community by providing access to high quality, compassionate health care.

    We are searching for Registered Nurse to mange our HHM Women's Health Clinic
    Here's a sneak peek at what you'll do :
    Monitor and measure opportunities for quality improvement; participate in quality improvement initiatives.

    Maintain the overall internal and external safety of the clinical site in compliance with regulatory standards and infection control regulations.

    Monitor, resolve, and improve patient relations issues efficiently and timely. Handle all customer service complaints within the established guidelines and policies. Document and submit customer interactions for review, as needed.
    Investigate confidential and/or risk management issues timely and thoroughly. Coordinate the investigative efforts with HR, Quality, and Department Directors, as deemed necessary. Communicate and submit correspondence and supportive documentation per policy.
    Collect operational data to compile clinical reports for business analysis and trending. Establish a methodology for interpreting and forecasting the data for strategic business planning.
    Provide routine, annual physical, and exams and offer medical and health care to our patients
    Work closely with physicians, and other nurses to treat common illnesses and injuries, administer medicines and treatments, perform diagnostic tests, and monitor patients for complications and responses to medication
    What you need to succeed

    To become one of our CARES-givers, you will have excellent patient engagement, strong communication skills and an eye for continuous improvement.


    You will also have the following:
    Current licensure as a Registered Nurse from Texas Board of Nurse Examiners.
    Minimum of 2 years experience with Women's Health/Outpatient services is required.
    Previous L&D Experience (2yrs) preferred
    Experience in community health centers and/or non-profits is preferred.
    Experience serving multicultural and multilingual patient populations
    Experience with eClinicalWorks or similar and MS Office Suite skills
    Bilingual in Spanish, Pashto, Burmese, Rohingya or other languages a plus
