We are a Company with a global presence (Miami, Cincinnati, Queretaro, Toulouse, Dubai, Singapore, Zhuhai) specialized in aerospace maintenance tooling for civil and defense markets. We are experts in tooling services as well as ground support equipment for the aerospace industry: engineering, repair, calibration, upgrade, load testing, leasing, stock and training.

Our customers are Airlines, MROS, Aircraft and Engine OEMs, etc. We are close to our worldwide customers to offer best in class products and services through our integrated Supply Chain: Engineering, Production, Assembly and Customer Support.

The Staff Accountant role will perform routine accounting and clerical tasks to provide support to the Accounting Department.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Compile and sort invoices and checks.

• Match invoices to work order

• Support customer billing

• Enter daily key data of financial transactions in database/ERP

• Provide accounting and clerical support to company personnel

• Assist in the preparation of various accounting statements and financial reports

• Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations

• Preparing monthly sales commissions

JOB REQUIREMENTS

•  2-3 years of accounting support or demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the above-mentioned tasks.

•  AS degree or equivalent experience and or education combination preferred

•  Thorough understanding of AR and AP bookkeeping and accounting principles

•  2-3 years of experience with Sage X3 or similar ERP systems

•  Ability to read and write English, follow verbal instructions

•  Ability to meet deadlines

•  Good computer skills – Microsoft Office

•  Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

•  2-3 years' experience in a manufacturing/ warehouse environment a plus
