Description:Architect (m/f/d) for building planning wanted: Together we shape your professional future Knowledge of the performance phases according to HOAI as well as experience in project coordination are advantageous. We also welcome applications from career starters (m/f/d).
Our client is active nationwide in industrial, residential and social construction and currently employs around 130 people.


Expected tasks:


  • Comprehensive object planning according to the performance phases 1 to 5 HOAI (from basic determination to execution planning)
  • Prospective internal/external project coordination
  • Quality assurance, monitoring of deadlines and costs
  • Project implementation and communication with clients

Competencies - Details:


  • Degree in architecture or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience and authorization to submit building applications advantageous, but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of specialized software applications
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Cost awareness, communication skills and creativity
  • Organizational talent and commitment
  • Team spirit with a strong customer orientation
  • Willingness to travel nationwide
