Responsibilities:

Here's what you'll do:

Ensure smooth process flows and handle all paymentrelated inquiries
Ensure excellent service quality through targeted processing of operational and administrative tasks
Support us in the further development of our payment processes to optimize our daily operations
Act as a communicative and crossfunctional interface between the payment and customer service teams
Continuously expand your knowledge and take on responsibility with new projects

Qualifications:

Here's what you'll need:

Experience in customer service, private customer support, or similar roles
Excellent organizational skills and a structured, independent, and conscientious way of working
Good comprehension and a high level of initiative
Proficient in Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.)
Strong communication skills fluent in written and spoken German and English in a business environment
