- Responsible for supporting, onboarding, providing internal education, cross-selling, and delivering exceptional service to business members in relation to all Treasury Management products and services.
- Expected to timely communicate, test, and resolve Treasury Management product issues.
- Ensures detailed and accurate onboarding, along with proper documentation and system configuration.
- Maintains strong relationships with business members and seeks out internal cross-selling opportunities that deepen the relationship.
- Helps onboard new products and services into the Treasury Management system, provides necessary training, and supports all Treasury Management product upgrades.
- Working with the Director of Commercial Credit & Operations, appropriately develops and maintains Treasury Management system setup, processes, and procedures.
- Actively seeks recommendations to enhance processes, procedures, and products as necessary.
- Collaborates with internal teams and external vendors to appropriately configure, test, manage, and onboard new employees and products.
- High School diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
- Three years minimum of prior banking or credit union experience.
- One to three years of similar or related experience in Treasury Management is preferred.
- Smartsheet Project Platform experience is preferred.
- Must have a demonstrated ability to keep finances in order.
- Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Be self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong project management skills, well-organized and have an excellent eye for detail.
- Handle issues with tact, diplomacy, and an appropriate sense of urgency.
- Understands and complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Must be highly detailed.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
