Do you want to take on leadership responsibility and shape the future strategic direction of our B2B trade fair? Then you've come to the right place


This year, 6,200 visitors from 65 countries came together at spoga horse to exchange ideas with over 300 exhibitors about current and future trends in the equestrian industry.


We are currently seeking a Director (m/f/d) for our event "spoga horse", the international B2B trade fair for the equestrian industry, to start as soon as possible in a permanent position.


What you can expect from us:

  • Conceptualization, further development, and strategic direction, as well as taking on revenue and results responsibility for spoga horse
  • Creation of marketing concepts and project management plans, among others, to position the trade fair in the media and public
  • Key account management and negotiations with customers
  • Setting targets for exhibitor and visitor sales, as well as for marketing communications to reach all target groups
  • Management of operational trade fair implementation
  • Participation in product development and pricing of portfolio ancillary services

What you bring to the table:

  • Completed degree, ideally in the field of business administration
  • Several years of sales experience in a resultsdriven position
  • First experience in taking on leadership responsibility
