Your main responsibilities will include:

Leading the personnel development department
Establishing strategic personnel development in collaboration with the university's stakeholders
Developing a training concept for the entire university
Conducting workshops and trainings with different employee groups at the university
Participating in HRrelated projects
Acting as a source of inspiration and sparring partner for the university management and executives in all personnel development matters
Reporting directly to the Chancellor
