Department of Finance and Accounting/Business Processes


The department is divided into four teams: Fixed Asset Accounting, Accounts Receivable Accounting, Accounts Payable Accounting, and Finance Services Team.

We are currently seeking a dedicated, knowledgeable, and competent individual to join our Accounts Payable team.

Position Overview

Responsibilities include booking incoming invoices in the electronic invoice register, assigning purchase orders, coding, processing workflows, and verifying approvals.

This role also involves independently tracking payment deadlines, particularly for discounts, and reconciling invoices in the Invoice Monitor by comparing the original documents with the data extracted by OCR.

Other duties may include conducting transfers as needed and resolving disputes with suppliers and internal contacts (requesters, purchasing, and warehouse).

This position also involves processing balance confirmations and resolving discrepancies with suppliers.

Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training with a focus on finance
  • Extensive experience in accounts payable accounting
  • Indepth knowledge of accounting
