LANXESS has been repeatedly awarded for its trainee program Trainees take on responsible tasks from the beginning and are supported by experienced managers (mentoring).

During our trainee programs, they rotate through various departments, complete a multi-month international assignment, and participate in a targeted development program.


Starting October 1, 2023, we are looking for a
Marketing Trainee (m/f/d) for the
Advanced Industrial Intermediates Business Unit for a predominantly based in Cologne.


Job Highlights / Responsibilities:


Our
Marketing Trainees will learn all facets of B2B marketing, especially in the areas of strategic marketing and product management, in an exciting and dynamic environment within 18 months.

In our globally operating business unit, you will work with a practical focus in interdisciplinary teams on strategic and operational issues.


Requirements / Profile:


  • You have a good master's degree in economics, industrial engineering, or business chemistry with a focus on **marketing and/or sales
