Description

We're hiring a housekeeping room inspector to provide excellent sanitation and customer service to our hotel guests. You'll be responsible for doing laundry inspecting rooms and reporting to the desk.

Compensation:

$16.50

Responsibilities:

Arrange for cleaning equipment repairs as needed and keep all other equipment in good working condition
Handle the hiring and training of housekeeping staff so that they can achieve and exceed our standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
Track of areas cleaned by room attendants and contact the front office to handle room damage or maintenance needs
Order cleaning supplies as needed, control inventory and manage the department budget
Manage the daily tasks of the housekeeping department, including cleaning guest rooms and public areas

Qualifications:

Applicants should be excellent leaders, detailoriented, and demonstrate a commitment to customer service
Strong understanding of environmental services (EVS) including cleaning processes and how to use a variety of cleaning supplies and equipment
A High school diploma or GED is required
Over 2 years of experience in guest services or hospitality
3+ years of supervisory experience in housekeeping management as an executive housekeeper, housekeeping director, or other similar position
