Description
We are currently seeking a Key Holder (m/f/d) for our store in Cologne Schildergasse for 30 hours per week. This position, reporting to the Store Manager, requires a friendly and passionate individual who can provide a unique and exceptional customer experience and take on the responsibilities of daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager. Key Holder (m/f/d) - Cologne Schildergasse - Key responsibilities include:
  • Achieving sales targets
  • Consistently providing excellent customer service
  • Completing all store tasks, such as receiving deliveries, opening and closing procedures, inventory management, etc.
  • Adhering to all health and safety procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Conducting cash transactions in accordance with store procedures
  • Handling complex customer inquiries
  • Assisting the leadership team in coaching and mentoring new team members
  • Taking on the responsibility of the store in the absence of the Store Manager, including opening and closing for short periods of time
  • Performing other reasonable tasks assigned by the store leadership team
Key Holder (m/f/d) - Cologne Schildergasse - Basic requirements:
  • Prior experience as a Key Holder (opening and closing the store)
