Kleffmann Digital RS GmbH is looking for a Commercial Clerk for the Accounting Department (m/f/d) in Lüdinghausen, part-time. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Managing accounting, including accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets accounting, VAT returns, and summary reports. Creating outgoing invoices and managing reminders. Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements. Processing documents for management/shareholders. Coordination with the tax consulting office. YOUR PROFILE Completed commercial training, ideally with further training as a certified accountant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification. Professional experience in financial accounting. Excellent knowledge of accounting, tax law, and VAT. Proficient in DATEV. Independent and structured way of working. We look forward to receiving your application.
