Diverse tasks await you - You independently conduct personal and conclusive consultations in the customer center according to defined consulting and service levels and answer customer inquiries.

You actively participate in acquiring new customers and obtaining addresses, convince cancellations with the goal of customer retention, and conduct retention work in telephone and personal consultation contacts.

You proactively inform customers about all defined service decisions while adhering to the GESUNDNAH philosophy and offer alternative options if needed.

You provide individual advice and assistance within the defined care consultation occasions and service levels for the use of SGB XI benefits as well as in the context of maternity support.

Your tasks include approving, reviewing, and potentially rejecting benefits and applications, as well as reimbursing privately financed invoices from customers.

You identify misconduct in the healthcare system and treatment errors and forward the information to auditing bodies.
You inform and advise customers about sickness benefit payments in defined cases, including case management.
You independently organize the tasks assigned to you and carry out all necessary steps with high quality and excellence.
You receive and provide administrative and professional information.
You work constructively, cooperatively, and trustingly with colleagues from other organizational units and actively support them.
You regularly review defined team goals and support your supervisor in implementing measures in case of deviations.

What you bring - You have completed training as a social insurance specialist or will complete it by summer 2023, or you have a comparable qualification.
