  • You have
    at least 2 year of related Recruiting / Marketing experience

  • You have
    at least 2 year of previous Caregiving experience

    a valid Driver's License & reliable transportation

  • You are
    able to pass a criminal background check

  • You are
    proficient with computers / Microsoft Word & Excel

  • You
    live in or close to Union City If you don't need to cross a bridge or drive more than 30 minutes, you're close enoughYour Schedule**:

Your Primary Responsibilities:


  • Answer employment inquiries quickly, professionally, and knowledgeably.
  • Schedule and conduct applicant interviews.
  • Conduct applicant reference, criminal background, and motor vehicle checks.
  • Conduct applicant drug screens.
  • Schedule, conduct, & update Care Pro orientation and training.
  • Work Cross-Functionally to coordinate Care Pro Schedules.
  • Use office software system to monitor, mediate, and log client & Care Pro activity.
  • Prepare and publish monthly newsletter.
  • Monitor compliance for local and federal labor / safety laws.
  • Demonstrate open and effective communication crossfunctionally.
  • Participate and contribute to officewide educational programs.
  • Participate in the On-Call shift rotation (evenings and weekends) as required.
