- You are at least a
High School graduate or have an equivalent degree
- You have
at least 2 year of related Recruiting / Marketing experience
- You have
at least 2 year of previous Caregiving experience
- You have
a valid Driver's License & reliable transportation
- You are
able to pass a criminal background check
- You are
proficient with computers / Microsoft Word & Excel
- You
live in or close to Union City If you don't need to cross a bridge or drive more than 30 minutes, you're close enoughYour Schedule**: - Part-Time Hours
- Typically Mon
- Fri, but you may be requested on Weekends.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer employment inquiries quickly, professionally, and knowledgeably.
- Schedule and conduct applicant interviews.
- Conduct applicant reference, criminal background, and motor vehicle checks.
- Conduct applicant drug screens.
- Schedule, conduct, & update Care Pro orientation and training.
- Work Cross-Functionally to coordinate Care Pro Schedules.
- Use office software system to monitor, mediate, and log client & Care Pro activity.
- Prepare and publish monthly newsletter.
- Monitor compliance for local and federal labor / safety laws.
- Demonstrate open and effective communication crossfunctionally.
- Participate and contribute to officewide educational programs.
- Participate in the On-Call shift rotation (evenings and weekends) as required.
